 Today population is increasing day by day, and the technology of the modern world increase the life of human beings will become congested. People will not bother about what they are eating and when they are eating. The type of food a person is having is very much important for the maintenance of a healthy life and a healthy body. People are taking fast food and oily food in their daily life a lot, this will ultimately increases the high cholesterol level in the body. This will increase the fat in human body and thereby increase the body weight.
